Most people start to understand what healthy is....

Eat more vegetables, less processed foods, get a source of protein and movement.

So why is healthy so difficult then for so many? The answer is mindset and your daily habits.

This week on the Nutrition's My Life Podcast, I'm helping you:

  • understand how to give yourself grace on those days where you feel like your failing yourself
  • understand the "add in more" mindset and break through the "restriction/removal/I shouldn't eat this" mind
