Angie has been through many ups and downs in her fitness journey. She struggled with her relationship with food as well as her relationship with herself. Through mindset work and her psychology degree, she found the freedom she had been hoping for. Angie does an incredible job with her clients not only on the fitness side of things, but also with working through tough limiting beliefs and mindset blocks in general. We also chat further about intuitive eating, different approaches, and tips on how to successfully navigate this chapter of a fitness journey.
