Notice your breath for a few moments. Where does it go in the body? Do you feel it only coming into your chest or does it fill down into your belly? What is the pace, are you breathing pretty fast and shallow or is it slow and deep? The breath tells us so much about health. If you want to know what yours is saying, tune in to this week's episode!
