Getting into the first of the questions this week and it is:
How do you stay connected to the body during a moving meditation?
This was such a fun one to answer because it was something I hadn't really pondered or explored before I was asked. With actionable steps to try to stay connected to the body while moving, vs a seated meditation, we also dive into the why. Why would you need to connect to the body at all when there are so many wonderful guided journeying meditations out there? Why is connecting to the body so important?
