Who doesn’t go into the new year wanting to feel better, healthier, fitter, stronger, more confident? I know for sure that I want these things for myself each and every year.

So, every year I make a brand new commitment to myself in these areas, looking at the ways in which I can continue to up my game, and continue to improve myself.

And that means looking at my goals and figuring out the actions I need to take. But it also means being willing to go under the surface of that too, to go that bit deeper and to figure out what is it inside of me that also needs to change to get to where I want to go.

So, I’ll be sharing all of that with you today. Helping you to see the different layers that you need to work on to feel fitter, stronger and more confident before the year is out.
