Every year, thousands upon thousands of us will start the year embarking on a fat loss plan. It’s the classic antidote to the overindulgence of the Christmas holidays.

But often, many of us are in a place where we’re doing this over and over again - with every new year is a brand new diet, a brand new determination to finally lose the weight and find our confidence.
