Since 2013 I’ve never once fallen off track with diet & exercise because I'm perfect. Really, it's because I've only given myself one choice. Change.
Change is easy, once you accept the fact you need to change.
Not accepting this, will keep 99% of you right where you're at today & if you're happy with where you're at today, great. Keep doing what you're doing.
If you're not happy with where you're at today; in any area of life. Change what you're doing so you get a different outcome. Then do it again tomorrow. It's that simple.
