“You cannot be black & white at the same time. But, you can get a really good tan & change your perception so you can actually enjoy life.”
Girls who complain about doing two hours of cardio, not having a social life & eating less than 1,400 calories a day during prep.
Then, complain about, “not being able to follow” their reverse diet, gaining weight & losing lines after prep.
You can’t complain about both parts of the journey when there’s only two parts.
So, I suggest you either change your mind or change your purpose. That is, if you want to be happy.
