99% of the time binge eating is rooted in an emotional attachment to food/foods.

This emotional attachment can be rooted in childhood memories (good or bad), years of food restrictions &/or having a scarcity mindset.

Address the root cause of your attachment directly so you can specifically change your actions to eliminate your chances of binge eating.
