Women between the ages of 22-49 think they’re special.

They think God or the Universe, put all this pressure on them to do & be all the things; Mom, wife, friend, sister, employee, employer; without giving them the capability to do & be all the things.

News flash. You’re not different than any other women trying to “balance” their health, personal life & social life. You’re just not clear on what YOUR “balance” looks like.

Quit searching for balance. Get crystal clear on the women you want to become & start building boundaries in all areas of life that work against that women.

≫ What time does she go to bed?
≫ What does her daily schedule look like?
What does she do on the weekend?
≫ Describe her marraige/relationship.
≫ How does she parent her kids?
≫ What kind of friend is she?
≫ Who does she surround herself with?
≫ How does she respond to events in life?
≫ How is her perspective on life?
≫ What does she eat?
≫ What does she drink?
≫ How’s her relationship with food?
≫ How often does she drink alcohol?
≫ What does she watch?
≫ How does she spend extra time?
≫ What habits does she have?
≫ What habits does she NOT have?
≫ How is her work ethic?
