Sugar addiction expert Annica Strandberg-Schmidt has been a guest a few times now and will join us again in a few weeks for another Q and A on sugar addiction where she answers your questions.
In today’s episode, we are joined by her daughter Elin Strandberg. Sugar addiction affects whole families and children. Elin tells us what it’s like to grow up with a sugar-addicted mum. How this affected her life and friendships outside of her home. I’m really grateful to both Elin and Annica for sharing such a personal journey with us all – to help others who may be suffering.
