Steve Sietos was working as a firefighter in New York City when the sweetest puppy showed up at the firestation. It was clear Wilma needed a lot of help. She chewed her padless paws, she walked strangely, and was constantly leaving a bloody mess wherever she went. Steve went bankrupt seeking vet treatments for her.
