Hey friend,
we've all had those mornings that don't go quite as planned.
The kids didn't sleep good.
You didn't sleep good.
You had an unexpected change to your schedule last minute.
And....you're completely thrown off.
Usually, we go 1 of 2 ways:
-either completely throw in the towel with a why bother attitude
-or we beat ourselves up.
The women I work with are no strangers to being hard on themselves and putting a lot of pressure on themselves to juggle everything perfectly all the time.
This all or nothing thinking doesn't only show up around food--it creeps into every area of your life.
This is just one more example of that.
