078 - Feeling the Energies ~ YOUR Frequency

On Sunday, I recorded a special broadcast I called "Shifting Beyond" LIVE on my facebook page. It was my intention to connect with the energies of the eclipse that was happening later in the day for everyone to FEEL the energies around their body. To be honest, I didn't know what was going to be discussed, I didn't plan a thing about it. This is how I am doing all my videos now. My human aspect would love to plan and organize however, the Beings of Light instruct me to simply go with the flow and simply intuitively talk about what comes to me. Each of the special broadcasts I have done - one was on New Year's Day, I scheduled it on Facebook with an event ~ which got it shared throughout Facebook. I put the time down for 1 hour...so there was a part of me that worried about this...what would I talk about for 1 whole hour!!!! In both circumstances, I talked for an hour ~ we did processes and meditations, and that hour went very quickly ~ with no problem whatsoever. Here I worried about what I would talk about and had that urge to organize and structure the hour...and it went better than I could ever imagine. Anyways, the reason that I am bringing that up is the energies behind it all. In every circumstance, we have a vibration around us and THAT vibration - that frequency is creating your future. It is THAT vibration in THAT moment that is the magnet to your next moment. Which is very cool - but scary for people that are not paying attention to what their frequency is vibrating at. The question I have for you... do YOU pay attention to your vibration? In every single moment, your frequency is changing. An excellent way to monitor your frequency is by how you are feeling. What is your mood? Are you FEELing LOVE? Are you FEELing GRATITUDE? Appreciation? Joy? These emotions are some of the highest frequency that you can have around you ~ that you are vibrating ~ another way I usually explain it is that you are wearing this vibration. It is literally an energetic 'coat' because you are actually surrounded by this frequency... walking around with this energy creating your next experience - your next reality. When you really get this...you are able to create an unbelievable life. You master the Law of Attraction when you realize that your emotions have a HUGE play on your future. I was pretty excited to find out about this - Abraham Hicks calls it the Emotional Guidance System. It's how we can tell what we are vibrating at! So this is one way to FEEL the energies around you and an excellent way that you can monitor where you are at in every moment. I think it is a lot of fun to actually FEEL the energies around us by using our mind to bring in what I like to call ~ the higher realm energies...which is the higher frequency. Your mind has more power than you can possibly understand and today, we are going to invite and join forces with our Higher Self. This is a very cool experience and I would like to point out that there are many ways to do this ~ many different perceptions on what is the best way. What I have been told is that in order for this to happen, we need to allow all the density that is weighing us down to go. Take a couple of deep breaths and raise your vibration ~ getting LIGHTER & LIGHTER. Close your eyes. I would like to put the intention out to all those listening to allow the barriers down. We all give the Beings of LIGHT to come in a sweep away the density that has been holding us to this dimension. Keep breathing deeply allowing all the density to go. We invite our Higher Self to merge with our human body ~ breath deeply and take a moment to FEEL your Higher Self join you as you are sitting there. FEEL the tingling on your skin from the sparkling vibration of your Higher Self. Keep breathing deeply and open yourself up to SEE with your mind's eye ~ your third eye. I am going to speak in our Soul Language as you are focusing on your third eye. Ask to be given a message and that it be clear to you what it means. Keeping breathing and place your left hand on your heart. Pay attention to what you are seeing with your third eye and to what you are FEELing within your body, while you receive this message from the other side (which is the Beings of LIGHT) Light Language OMGosh...when you are allowing your Higher Self to enter your body, you are allowing the energies of your TRUE SELF to be part of your experience. Take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes. Right now, you are more than likely buzzing with energies...THAT is FEELing the energies around you. When you are FEELing the tingling energies around you...you are FEELING the energy. This is your frequency. This is something you can do yourself. All you have to do is release the density in your body ~ and if you have a hard time letting go...ask for help from the Beings of LIGHT ~ they are more than willing to help us all. The more we allow our Higher Self to come into our bodies, the higher our frequency will be. And that in itself, will completely transform your life.
