Greg Hawthorne Jr. Founder of Thorne Training and Therapy and Director of General Performance and Wellness at One Step Away Athletics Greg is a Certified Athletic Trainer who spent nearly a decade working with elite level athletics with the Carolina Panthers, Florida State University, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Detroit Lions, the Rhein Fire in Dusseldorf, Germany, and both Michigan State University and The University of Michigan Athletics. He currently works with the Air Force and Community Athletes. He has implemented Human Performance programs with great success in a variety of populations, ranging from high caliber athletes to the geriatric population.
