Not only that, but he has been recognized by LinkedIn as one of the ‘World's Top 150 Business Influencers’, and is one of the small number of ‘Official LinkedIn Influencers’ with 289,444 followers.

His management consultancy Beyond Philosophy LLC, has been selected by The Financial Times as one of the best management consultancies for the last three years in a row, and on top of helping his clients grow by helping them focus on finding value and identifying hidden, unmet customer needs that are PROVEN to drive revenue, he is also the co-host of the highly successful Intuitive Customer podcast.

And I must admit from a purely selfish perspective, because he’s taken my own world view of “thinking like the fish, not the fisherman” to a whole different level, I got seriously excited at the prospect of “geeking out” a little on exactly why Customer Experience is one of the highest leverage growth strategies out there, and how you can apply it.
