Hello! Todays episode, I discuss my relationships needing conflict in my healing journey.
Yes, healthy conflict resolution is real and needed!
We need to have difficult conversations in order to create space.
How do we start these difficult conversations?
Difficult conversations are delicate and vulnerable they are not about shaming or blaming.
When we avoid conflict for a time it gains momentum and can easily turn into emotional abuse. The most respectful, loving thing we can do is to listen and be present to the people speaking. Pay attention to them and make eye contact. Don't interrupt or diffuse the moment.
***Silence is golden during these delicate conversations.
Take a Listen, Its short and sweet this week, but I hope this helps or support you in every way wherever you're at in your journey!
