  • Consider what else is happening in your life (movement, sleep, energy, etc)
  • Train your tastebuds to enjoy less sweet foods
  • Explore the nuances of why you’re reaching for it (palate cleanser, hydration, not full, etc)
  • Set gentle guardrails i.e. try to cook it from scratch
  • When is it worthwhile, when is it not
  • If you're already eating it, really enjoy it mindfully
  • There’s nothing wrong with you for wanting sweets every day
  • "So what if I want…"
