After a day of juggling our many responsibilities, it’s challenging to relax and put the day’s activities behind us. The day’s events repeat over and over in our minds, and we worry about what tomorrow will bring.

This scenario occurs too often most days. While some stress helps motivate us, too much of it can damage our health and cause burnout. When we reach that stage, we are so fatigued that our productivity suffers, and we are drained mentally, physically, and emotionally.
