Everyday ADHD is a bonus episode featuring a collection of lived ADHD experiences from some of our listeners. We know that having ADHD can make you feel alone, broken and different. Our aim is to amplify the voices of our community so that you can find solidarity in our shared experiences.
In our fourth episode we sit down with Kirsty to discuss her ADHD Journey who like's raising awareness of ADHD via her social media, though using her honest and usually hilarious personal experiences.
