Do you suffer from caregiver burnout? Caretakers of all kinds frequently exhaust themselves in the service of others. Today's special guest, Dr. Holly Oxhandler teaches helpers a seven-step process to slow down and reconnect with the stillness within themselves--the stillness that Dr. Oxhandler calls the "Sacred Spark" which is the seat of the soul. By allowing themselves to exist in that stillness for a time, caregivers will come to understand that they, too, are worthy of care Dr. Holly's book The Soul of the Helper: Seven Stages to Seeing the Sacred Within Yourself So You Can See It In Others is for caretakers of all kinds who frequently exhaust themselves in the service of others. The book gives them permission to stop, reconnect with the stillness in their souls, and renew their capacity to help others by helping themselves.
