On today’s first episode of Gluten Free Thoughts for 2024 I’ll share 7 tools to help you invest in yourself within your own coeliac disease and gluten free journey. It’s the beginning of the year & I know you’re already being pulled in a million different directions and it’s hard to know where to focus our energy. I want to ask you: what are you doing for yourself this year to help you grow as someone living with coeliac disease or who’s gluten free for other reasons? Over the past few years of my coeliac disease & gluten free journey I’ve learnt some very helpful tools and I want to share them here with you today. We will also be discussing several of these tools in more depth throughout the podcast this year.
What I’ll cover:
* Quitting or limiting alcohol
* Getting morning sunlight, moving our bodies & sleep
* Journaling & practising gratitude
* Connection with others in the gluten free community
* Meditating & practising mindfulness
* Eating a well balanced diet
* Helping others
