Answering your questions----> "How many habits should we try to break at once? Or I guess I should say how many new habits should we implement at a time?" Quick answer: if your life is super chaotic and super stressful, start with a habit that will help make your life less chaotic and less stressful. Otherwise you're attempting 8 million random habits waaaaay outside your zone of proximal development, you'll get overwhelmed because the random tasks are increasing stress rather than reducing stress, and you'll quit everything and be back at 0 again. Shoot. The action items to take: 1. Decide what time you need to go to bed and create a routine around it. 2. Decide what thing in the morning you can look forward to and do before you do things for other people. DOING THIS WILL SOLVE A LOT OF YOUR PROBLEMS- WILL REDUCE STRESS, MAKE LIFE LESS CHAOTIC AND MORE ENJOYABLE...
