Sleep matters - and I bet you've heard this before.
In this episode, linked to the Thrive as You Age guidebook (download for FREE at www.andbloom.co), we talk about how daytime habits can affect your sleep quality, and how the quality really matters to your daytime habits. - How wearable technology can be useful for sleep tracking
- An observational study showing how poor sleep in midlife is associated with increased risk of dementia
- A few simple strategies you can use for a better night of sleep
