Stress is a buzzword these days, but do you know how it really works in your body and how it impacts you as you age?
Stress is a physiological response to what happens around you, and it has a big impact on how your body functions from your digestion, mood, sleep , immunity to energy levels. It's important to recognise how stress impacts your wellbeing and what are some ways you can identify for yourself and set up a routine that will help you find ways to ease your days and close your stress cycle.
