We all know the importance of creating better habits to actualize the health goals we've set for ourselves. But all to often, the way we go about managing habits is unsustainable. This typically brings us back to square one.
Falling on and off the bandwagon might have you feeling like a failure, like you are lacking something, or resorting to any other limiting belief.
Today, we are talking about freeing yourself from "bad habits" through a deepened understanding of mind, thought, and consciousness.
