Moods can shift and change rapidly, one second you can feel over the moon with happiness, and in less than a minute you can be swinging into a foul mood. That's the unpredictability of life, but the truth is, you can do more to control your mood. As unpredictable as life is, your mood shouldn't shift so wildly without a big trigger.

Some obvious causes of a quick shift in mood are hunger or ill health. You may have a quick shift in mood if someone says something nasty or lets you down. But in a normal daily situation, you should be more steady. So, I want to arm you with six things you can control that affect your mood.
