A workaholic is defined as someone who works compulsively or obsessively. It’s easy to become a workaholic, especially in today’s society with the idea that you need to be working all the time in order to be successful.

According to Wikipedia, “A workaholic is a person who works compulsively. A workaholic experiences an inability to limit the amount of time they spend on work despite negative consequences such as damage to their relationships or health.”

Being a workaholic presents with many negative effects on your life such as exhaustion, stress, and relationship problems.
