Teams are made up of players, coaches, and families! Culture fosters the right attitude and approach to the game. As the title states, Jack would rather have the teams he coaches lose every game in a season but do it the right way vs. winning it all but acting above the game! Respect for the game, your own team, the other players, the refs, and the school or club is imperative in our modern world. It is something that has to be taught, demonstrated, and lived every single day!
This logic has been lost on many over the years, but stays very well and alive in a young Coach! Listen in as "Bushey" and I chop it up about coaching lacrosse, football, women's basketball, and more!
Coach "Bushey" has earned his way into the coaching scene in Sparta, and hopefully will be around for a long time to come!
