Diet culture is something that sneaks its way into a lot of peoples lives... It has us believe the smaller is better, weight loss is 'healthy' and foods should be categorised into 'good' and 'bad' (just to name a few!). Along with this comes the need to monitor our weight and we think that body checking needs to be highlighted as its something we have both done ourselves and no so many others do and let determine how they feel about themselves...

- Why we feel the need to do it
- Postpartum bodies
- Pressure from ourselves
- Diet culture
- Why you need to stop body checking
