Jordan Bonifas (Growth mindset - episode 81) is back on the show today to announce our collaborative stress tolerance workshop even that will be held at the Enlightened Athlete gym on February 11th 8am-12pm. The workshop is called Pressure Proof: Thriving Under Stress.
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to build a framework to better handle the stressors of life, and be able to build self awareness, self control, and ultimately self confidence.
You do not need to be a high level athlete or ice bath aficionado to participate, we designed every aspect of the workshop to meet you where you're at currently and help you push past your preconceived limitations.
We will teach you breathwork strategies, mental performance tools, help you identify a sympathetic nervous system response vs parasympathetic, and ultimately give you a real life practical situation to practice the newly learned skills in an ice bath and sauna session!
