What's up my Get Uncomfortable compadre!
This is our 100th episode! I wanted to do something special for this episode and bring on a long time client and now a very dear friend of mine, Ethan, to share his story of what I would call an amazing transformation.
Ethan started as a client with me at Enlightened Athlete 4 years ago and has since undergone not only a massive physical transformation; but mental & emotional transformation as well.
Ethan is an amazing example of living the philosophy I talk about on this show, he lives the tenants of Get Uncomfortable. Trying new things, pushing to be better, not letting fear stop you, building a community, overcoming setbacks & taking control of your life.
I wanted to bring him on and have him share the growth and improvements he's seen in his life after stepping out of his comfort zone initially using fitness as a jump off point for massive growth in all areas of his life.
You are going to learn a lot in this episode of how you can implement these strategies in your own life and start to level up in a massive way by getting uncomfortable.
