I had a tough time coming up with a name for this episode because of all that Marty and I chatted about. However, I think what strikes me the most is that this man has gone through some really tough times and still continues to seek out life's challenges, face them head-on, and embodies the idea of embracing the wreck. So this truly is simply a lesson in living.
Martin Frenette is a fraud investigation, author, father, hockey coach, and role model for men everywhere simply in how he actively chooses to live. While Marty and I were in the Big Brother Canada house we talked about doing this episode so to finally have it come to life is really special.
