We have all been in the place of overstimulation, even if we didn’t recognize what was happening at the time. The transition into parenthood is ripe with opportunities for overstimulation and sensory overload. Holly Peretz is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of experience working with children and parents. Her role as a therapist and parent educator ranges from hospitals, preschools, hydrotherapy, and online as she supports toddler parents and clinicians in creating a childhood that “bakes in” the science of what makes toddlers thrive in this critical period of development. Holly also hosts the annual Toddler Play Conference and the Thriving in the First Year Summit.
