Welcome to your heart chakra balancing meditation, a guided meditation to clear and reclaim your fourth chakra. The center of love, compassion, forgiveness, and self-acceptance, as it governs our feelings in relationships and our humanness.

This is a continuation of our balancing charka series.

Settle in now, finding a comfortable position as you relax your shoulders down your spine, release your jaw, and let go of any tension, whether in your mind or body. As you fully settle, deepen your breath, inhaling through your nose, allowing your breath to find the bottom of your lungs, and slowly release it through your nose with a slow and steady exhale. Continue to breathe with both ease and effort.

You are taking a journey now inside your mind to meet yourself and rebalance the fourth chakra, the source of love.

Take another full deep breath and slowly let it go. If your eyes are not already closed, please close them softly now.

Clear your mind.

As you take the next inhale, visualize yourself in your mind’s eye. Do not try to change the image that comes in; instead, see yourself as you are. Allow yourself to take up space.

Having your heart open, unblocked, and unguarded allows you to be open to the beauty of the world.

Now gently breathe into your Heart space, letting it soften and expand with each breath. Invite the green hue, and as you visualize the beautiful ball of green energy, fill your heart center with nourishment, renewal, and healing. Allow your heart to feel. Allow yourself to feel purity and warmth. Allow your heartbeat to quicken and find a steady beat.

With another deep breath, refocus on the mirror. Send energy to yourself inside of it, and repeat these heart affirmations:

I am love.

I accept myself as I am.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

I am light and peace.

I deserve love and to be loved.

I live in balance with everything within and around me.

I am worthy of choosing myself.

I am aligned with the highest frequency of love

I am lead by love.

I am a beacon for love and compassion.

My heart is open, loving, and pure.

Love and compassion are my super powers.

Every day, I focus on loving myself and all of mankind.

I fully embrace love as I am, for who I am.

Love is the guiding truth in my life.

I live in a state of gratitude which is generated through and by love.

I release anything less than love.

Take another deep breath and bathe yourself in this bright green light.

Rest in this moment. Just be.

Offer yourself love in the mirror and gently allow the image to dissolve. What was in the mirror is within you. All of this radiant light lives within your physical self and your soul.
