Find a comfortable position and take a full deep breath. Take the time you need to become comfortable. Allow your mind and body to relax.

In life, we often face uncertainty, the unknown. The best place to go is not into a spiral of thought or shame, but a state of connection within the mind and body. To do so, you must find a state of relaxation and welcoming.

Allow this mind and body meditation to guide you into the deepest inner connection. The unknown does not have to drive your mind wind; it can be a state of deep peace.
