She shares her journey, how over the past three years, she has TRANSFORMED her mind, body, and soul, and it all started three years ago when she connected with Alicia and shared about how she needed to take charge of her life and most importantly, how YOU deserve to be happy! Exploring the “self” in selfish, and releasing the “perfect” end goal to truly enjoy the ride.
