In this episode I describe how we may sometimes feel that our lives are so busy we don't have time to take a breath, and we may feel we are living on autopilot. I describe my experience in discovering that I may have become constantly "wound", and how I came to realize the importance of unwinding. I share some of my story, followed by my message to you, and a short meditation.
