Training intensely requires a balance in rest and recovery. This is one of the areas a lot of athletes who are competitive struggle. The need to do MORE always becomes an issue! But what if you are resting and doing more? What if you really just struggle to tie all the pieces together needed to improve your recovery? In this episode I break down recovery, how you can track it and why it's important you spend some time in the recovery process.
