This right here is real talk! Wow! I love having these kinds of conversations with my gals.

Every month I gather a couple of my gals to chat about sex. We need to have more of these conversations. No more hiding!

This time around I got to speak to Carah Elizabeth and Salome Valdez. They both talk about their upbringing with sex. They both have completely different stories. It’s pretty amazing.

We discovered that when it comes to sex, we can recreate ourselves on what we like and what we don’t like. We might like something today and change our mind tomorrow, and it’s okay.

Listen into this incredible conversation. It’s so much fun!

IN THIS EPISODE, I TALK ABOUT:

  • How does choice create awareness when it comes to sex?
  • When creating choice there is awareness.
  • Not making concrete decisions can create more.

ABOUT CARAH: Somatic Healing and embodiment coach.

If you loved this episode, it would mean the world to me if you SUBSCRIBED to the podcast on your favorite podcast app and give it a 5 star review. I would be forever grateful! Thank you!!
