Do you like sex with the lights off or on and how confident are you about your body?

I had a beautiful chat with my gals, Lesley Logan and Jessica Hendricks.

We talk about women and their bodies. Where the insecurity comes from and what we “bought” in the past about our “imperfections”. The generation now seems to be more confident about their bodies, but is it fake confidence or are they just more conscious?

Everyone grows up differently knowing about sex. Listen to this unique conversation about Lesley’s household and how they took in girls that were kicked out of their home for getting pregnant.

IN THIS EPISODE, I TALK ABOUT:

  • What’s conscious confidence?
  • How can you return back to sender when you hear someone pointing out an “imperfection”.
  • The different sex upbringings in this new generation.
