Welcome back! Welcome back! Welcome back! In today's episode, I share my awareness of identity, well, lack thereof. Yes, it's true; I lacked my own identity. I didn't know who I was for a while. I was on,y taught who I was supposed to be.
If, generationally, my ancestors didn't know who they were. They then went on to have children and taught them to be silent, dismissed, ridiculed, and discouraged about their true natures. As a person, and woman, I'd even go as far as to say, as a mother, I didn't know I could make that everything I wanted it to be without expectations that were put on me. So today, I share that experience of awareness and separation of self to realign our true identity and become the women standing firm in boundaries, self-awareness, and kindness.
