This week opened up wounds I thought I had healed from. I learned that when I started my journey to heal, I had to get comfortable with being uncomfortable in them. So that when I keep uncovering deeper wounds, I can feel them and label my emotions the right way. By reparenting and naturing the gap in my childhood development, I didn't receive it as a child.
Thank you for exploring this journey in self-help and discovering unresolved childhood wounds.
