The shame, the embarrassment, the anxiety, the ruminating thoughts...
All these things can come from a vulnerable moment of sharing your emotions or even leading and sharing your thoughts/personal ideas.
My friend, you are not alone if you find yourself feeling this way. In fact, I made this meditation for me as much as I made it for you because I experience these feelings often.
This meditation is for US to sit with our vulnerability hangover and recognize it just might not be a bad thing after all. 🙏
