In this episode, I talk about wellness burnout which I define as a state of increased stress and overwhelm that comes from the constant pursuit of health and wellness practices. We have good intentions, and then we start to feel like we need to do all of the things all of the time. So, if you’ve gone from bringing in helpful, supportive practices to feeling like your daily wellness routines are a chore or something that’s becoming really overwhelming then you may be dealing with wellness burnout.
