I finally got back into racing and did the Spartan Sprint in Temecula (Pala) last month. Now I am getting ready for the DEKA Strong and Mile coming this weekend at my studio.
In this episode I share one of the most underutilized ergogenic aids for endurance performance. This is heat acclimation training. I will talk about what it is, how it can help you, and some research on this powerful tool.
Since this was my first race I have done in a while, I thought it would be a good topic to discuss how to pick up your training again after time off.
