Although often overlooked, flexibility and mobility play a crucial role in weight loss. Regular stretching and mobility exercises improve muscle function, and enhance overall fitness. But probably the most important component is that it reduces pain and the chance of injury. If you're in pain or injured, you aren't going to want to work out, let alone doing the exercises that promote fat loss.

To break this down and share some simple tips on how to incorporate more stretches and preventative exercises, we invited Dr. Grayson Wickham to the show. Dr. Grayson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and founder of the Movement Vault stretching app. He is a joint mobility, and pain and injury prevention thought leader. His goal is to help you prevent and fix your joint pain and injury, and improve your performance using effective active stretching. This led him to create the Movement Vault stretching app, which is a better way to stretch, fix and prevent pain and injury.
