Leah and I are a little tired of the guilt surrounding self care...and to be honest, we're not all that drawn to the self-centered approach to self care either. Today, we want to spend some time talking about how being responsible by filling our own cups helps us to show up to the world as we intend, able to pour into others' cups. Borrowing from the Season 1 discussion on holistic health, Leah and I can't wait to share with you the single most important way we're caring for ourselves in physical, mental, spiritual, relational, and vocational health...and we hope it inspires you to jot down your top priority in each of these areas too!

Linkable discussed in this episode: Sorta Awesome Episode 162: Self-care, self-comfort, what's healthy, what's not.

Special thanks to Amy Van Vlear for original design and Jonathan Byram for original music!

So how are YOU filling your cup? We'd love to hear from you. You can always connect with us right here. You can also connect with Leah and me over on Instagram. Leah's @inthelifeofaceliac and I'm @ifeelsupernourished.
