Starting Strong: Checking In On Our Monthly Goals
Let's talk about goals! I'm back again with a dear friend of mine, Cami. We have known each other for a long time, and for the past year, I have coached her toward wellness while she has coached me in developing this podcast. I want to invite you into our conversation as we share our goals and encourage one another, because I believe we are stronger together than we are alone. We hope and plan to do this once per month. So, please join us for a frank conversation about goals and striving to live our best life---because we are worth it!
P.S. In the podcast I was trying to remember Pearson's Law. Pearson's Law states that "When performance is measured, performance improves. When performance is measured and reported back, the rate of improvement accelerates." I said I'd put this in the show notes, so here you go!
