Both mushrooms and seaweed are fascinating superfoods with unique health benefits with a multitude of uses in and on the body. The plants as medicine are here to help us so let’s learn more about them! Eddi went on a foraging adventure near her home in Newfoundland and was very inspired by a couple who are foraging seaweed for their wonderful healing products. With your skin being the largest organ in your body, it is vital for your health that you put clean ingredients on your body from your body lotion to face creams, deodorant and more. There are many beneficial properties in seaweed including it being anti-inflammatory.
